We are in the in the summer of 2021, the level of uncertainty about whether Rotary can provide the same human connection which Rotary members enjoyed in years in the past persists. The phrase "hands face space" will become part of the routine, but it's clear that there's a rising confidence and a determination to meet face-to-face. Rotary's face has changed. Rotary's networks create relationships which last. The outbreak of the pandemic was our catalyst to adopt technology.
